I went on to post a couple verses in Romans 1 (starting in verse 21) and this “happened to be” my KJV devotional verse of the day, Romans 1:20!!! Father God is real. Mother Earth is not. I am not trying to “attack” anyone with the Bible, but these verses show that when we lose the correct image of God we start to worship the creature and not the Creator. It has been well said that if Planned Parenthood were selling aborted PUPPY parts, it would have been shut down already.
See verses 21-32
Because they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations…professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things….Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and WORSHIPPED and SERVED the CREATURE more than the CREATOR, who is blessed for ever…..
FOR THIS CAUSE GOD GAVE THEM UP unto vile affections: …..
**( and this passage shows the progression….once people stop seeing who God is, and start caring more about the creation, God gives them over…..and homosexuality, perversion, wicked thoughts, violence, etc all are fruits. –MJI) ***
And likewise the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another…
…God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things….
fornication, ….covetousness….full of envy, murder, debate, deceit…hates of God…proud..disobedient to parents….without natural affection.
