Are you just hanging by a THREAD?

Maybe some of you feel you are hanging on by a thread.
A thread is all you need —
if you are hanging onto a THREAD from the HEM of HIS garment.
“And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:” Matthew 9:20
Some of what is going on in America and this world is God is trying to bring us back to Him.
Hosea 2:5-7

For their mother hath played the harlot: she that conceived them hath done shamefully: for she said, I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink.

Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns, and make a wall, that she shall not find her paths.

And she shall follow after her lovers, but she shall not overtake them; and she shall seek them, but shall not find them: then shall she say, I will go and return to my first husband; for then was it better with me than now.

Maybe we don’t know what to do because our path is blocked by our sins.   We won’t know what to do until we return to him.

Have you returned to HIM?

Don’t limit your mind and say I don’t know what to do.
Instead say, “I don’t know what to do YET.”
And even better, ask, “HAVE I returned to JESUS YET?”
And often HE gives us more than we can handle so we naturally cry out to HIM – we naturally get on our faces and humble ourselves under HIS MIGHTY HAND and LOOK TO JESUS.
Hebrews 12:2 says

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

I think of a song I have heard many times –
– “Stand still and let God move- stand still it’s hard to do. When you feel like you’ve reached the end He’ll make a way for you. Stand still and Let God move.”
Be still and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10
I don’t know what to do, either. Yet.
But I know He will make a WAY.
And that way often doesn’t begin until we get out of the WAY and we get back to HIS path – the old path.
Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.
The church may really be calling for REVIVAL right now, and we need revival,
but the OLD PATHS started with a call for REPENTANCE.
