Perhaps the missing ingredient for real, vibrant, Christian faith is persecution. Until recently, there really was no cost to being a Christian in America.

I don’t know what is coming, but we have already been seeing crazy events, constant storms across the country, and a nation that seems now more like an insane asylum run by the inmates. No one knows the hour or the day of the Lord’s coming, but the Bible shows us that we are in the last days. I describe the last days as Game 7 Sudden Death Overtime, meaning it can end any second, but it will be over soon and unexpected. We are now in the 4th period of overtime, but the time clock is going faster and faster. How much longer can this go on?

So all this i see is creating an urgency and fervor in American Christianity that I had not experienced in the 13 years or so after being saved. I was not saved until months after 9/11 and perhaps my take would be different if I had been.

I think Jesus is coming, I wonder what it means when America is not mentioned in the end times prophecies, and I know we are in the final church age (see Revelation Chapter 1-3 for a clear chronological time of events written FROM THE FUTURE AS JESUS REVEALED THEM TO JOHN — HENCE, why it is called REVELATION — from the early churches to the dark ages to the Great Awakening to today. Chapter 4 introduces the Rapture, and Chapter’s 5 – 20 take us from the Tribulation to Judgment Day) and basically the rapture can now hit at any moment.

But what do we do? Take a long term job opportunity and keep preparing my family and find the rapture hits and I am in preparation stage? Or sell the house, get a trailer and preach around the country without any of us truly being ready or with a clear calling and spend years not ready and finding out later on i really had time but was too ahead of God to listen?

I still think you live like Jesus is returning today, but prepare as if he’s not. But now with increased urgency and unction.

I am searching and praying for timing, direction, answers!!!!! But know I am not concerned for me. If Jesus returns, I am outta HERE! It is you I am worried for if you are not born again. No matter WHO YOU ARE!!!!
