Yes there are no guarantees in life. You can be 100% healthy and still lose out to an angry herd of penguins, school of piranhas, or a misadventure with a swarm of Swashbuckling pirates.<\/p>\n
But let’s deal with the known.<\/p>\n
1. Is your health better now than it was 10 years ago?
\n2. Is your weight LESS now than it was 10 years ago?
\n3. Are your finances and debt reduction better now than they were years ago?
\n4. Do you have a proven plan to improve all 3 in the next 5 to 10 years?
\n5. Is your job more secure than it was 10 years ago?
\n6. Is your job going to be more secure in another 10 years?
\n7. Do you have the skills that can teach you to create new ideas and new opportunities and teach you a way to change all that?
\n8. Does thinking of the future related to health, fitness, and your job\/financial situation create excitement and hope?
\n9. Do you have a solid retirement plan besides hoping social security is still there, you win the lottery, or working until 5 the day of your funeral?
\n10. Do you want to keep breathing for years in a nursing home after you already “died” or do you know a way to combat age related illness so while you still will die one day you don’t have to worry your family will less likely have to watch you suffer?<\/p>\n

11). Would you give serious thought about an opportunity to change all 10?<\/p>\n
How many questions were Honest NO’s?<\/p>\n
Dose that concern you? Enough to do something about it?<\/p>\n
If you honestly answered NO to 3 or more questions do not put this off. The only thing that will guarantee things can change tomorrow is if you decide to change things starting today.<\/p>\n
I would have said NO to all 9 less than 90-days ago. Until mid February I didn’t know what I was going to but now I can honestly say YES to all of them today —-or say I am now on my way to a YES!<\/p>\n
