This recommendation is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but I think I figured that the best time for  the church in America to revive itself and come out of it’s slumber.

I figure between May 15th and May 22nd.  Or perhaps December 26th.

The reason I would recommend those dates, is it will be after the playoff fervor of both the Stanley Cup playoffs and the NBA finals.  Baseball won’t be too far into the season where perhaps we can put it on the back burner.  The big hollywood blockbusters might not open until Memorial Day weekend.  The memorial day weekend and the NASCAR events won’t be going on for a few weeks.  In fact, the only obstacle might be my own America Idol, a new Master chef season might be going on then.  I might have to schedule revival around the show.

And after May, baseball kicks into high gear, then football, and then hockey (Go Sabres!) and I think this also may be an Olympic year!  Finally, before 2016 begins, the new Star Wars film opens up.

Is there any hope for America?  Yes, we just need about a 6 month power outage and perhaps those American idols just might be able to be pulled out of our hearts and Jesus just may become real in America again.
