The bible says there is one mediator between God and man, and that is JESUS. The bible says we confess our sins to Jesus for God alone can forgive sins. Instead the Catholic church says you must go through a Priest.
The bible says we can come boldly to his throne. Catholic church says you must go through the church.
The bible says you can know that you have eternal life. Their church says that is the sin of presumption.
Mary said she needed a savior and bible says she had children after having Jesus while Catholic teaching is she was sinless and a mediator.
I was catholic but they put tradition above the bible and that is wrong.
Man is fallible and prone to error. Religion is pride based but God says it is grace that we are saved, through faith and not of works lest any man should boast. God only gives grace to the humble. Heaven would be made up of big headed braggarts if we could earn it. And if we could earn it Jesus could have stayed home.
The bible is 100% written by God THROUGH man. Just read it soberly and honestly and ask God to make it come alive to you. Only the KJV version contains the pure word of God. The modern versions cannot be trusted –they were based on corrupted manuscripts, even the new King James and have missing verses and words.
When it comes to eternity, you cannot afford to be wrong.
