Psalm 102:25 Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.

Psalm 104:
5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

Let that inner scientist go! This is why sooooo many don’t believe in God, because they need an explanation. They can’t trust what they don’t see.

Why do I keep writing about flat earth since discovering this idea a few months ago? Because I can’t think of a greater “test” today of Christians to live by faith. The bible says the earth and the world are immovable. Yet the accepted science of today says it is a spinning ball spinning at 1,000 mph while hurtling at 67,000 mph around the sun and we are mocked if we disagree with that.

However, it is settled for me. And embracing this teaching has only made the bible come alive even more.

You might not see it. But be willing to prayerfully see this from the eyes of faith. The evidence really won’t sway you until you change world views and simply take God at his word on this. The “science” for it, will come after. Clearly.

Job 38: 1Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,

2Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?

3Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.

4Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

5Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?

6Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;

7When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

8Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?

9When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it,

10And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors,

11And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?

God made the earth on pillars, fixed, immovable.  And as you see above there is a wall around the earth.  It is now the ice wall known as Antarctica.

Job is literal science. not trying to be stubborn here, but at first I was like this is nuts. Then I saw enough to wet my whistle ….then i honestly prayed….and when I saw the bible dealing with this and reading Genesis 1 soberly, it clicked. but what is really confirming things is now besides just going to bible verses others have found about flat earth, etc, God is speaking to me and verses are jumping out. when the world sees it one way and you (not just you but it seems like it just you) the devil will give you mind games and you will think you must be the insane one…but WOW when in normal devotions God speaks to you, verses jump out, and it completely makes sense, then nothing can shake that. and because it is God, and not my intellect, etc, I can have grace for others now. if someone mocks it or gets mad at me, i now don’t get frustrated

I was reading my bible today and saw this in Luke 2….
9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, THE STAR, which they saw in the east, went before them, TIL IT CAME AND STOOD OVER WHERE THE YOUNG CHILD WAS.
10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.
If the earth really was spinning at 1,000 mph, how could a star just stay in one spot? Would you not just keep spinning away from a fixed object?
Does not this verse seem to show the immovable earth with the sun, moon, and stars rotating around it?
Bible does not support a spinning globe. Let God be true and every man a liar.
